Properties

calendarEventId

The primary key for this calendar event in the calendar server.

calendarType

Which type of calendar server is used for scheduling this Endpoint: GOOGLE (Google Calendar), EXCHANGE (Microsoft Exchange), OFFICE_365 (Microsoft Office 365), or EXTERNAL (Externally Managed).

cluster

Indicates whether the meeting exists on the Blue Jeans production cluster or some other cluster. If null, defaults to PROD. Possible values are PROD (bjn.vc or sip.bjn.vc), STAGE (a.bjn.vc), QA (the Blue Jeans QA cluster), EU_PROD, and EU_STAGE. Will be null if either the meeting did not contain a BlueJeans meeting URL in the description/location, or the Endpoint's Meeting Privacy Mode is PRIVATE.

description

From the event's description or body in the calendar server, used to scan for meeting URLs. May be null if either the event did not contain a description on the calendar server, or the Endpoint's Meeting Privacy Mode is either REDACTED or PRIVATE.

dialString

Indicates the dialstring to be used to dial into this meeting. This may be null, and will only be available in the meetings list returned for a specific endpoint.

endTime

The event end time from the calendar server, in milliseconds since the Unix epoch.

endpointIds

The ID of the Endpoint that had this calendar event in their room resource calendar.

id

The internal primary key used by Relay to keep track of entity instances.

meetingId

The user-facing Blue Jeans meeting ID that was parsed out of a URL in the description/location, or null if either the description/location contained no Blue Jeans meeting URLs or the Endpoint's Meeting Privacy Mode is PRIVATE. Meeting IDs are five or more digits. NOTE: In the case of WEBEX meeting types, this field also contains the subdomain to connect to. Make sure to adhere to the webex dialstring structure.

meetingType

Indicates what type of meeting this is. Possible values are MEETME (a Blue Jeans meeting), PRIMETIME_ATTENDEE (an Attendee in a Blue Jeans Primetime event), PRIMETIME_PANELIST (a Presenter in a Blue Jeans Primetime event), PRIMETIME_MODERATOR (a Moderator in a Blue Jeans Primetime event), TEAMS (a Blue Jeans for Teams meeting), TEAMS_PEXIP (a Pexip for Teams meeting), TEAMS_POLYCOM (a Polycom for Teams meeting), TEAMS_WEBEX (a Webex for Teams meeting), ZOOM (a Zoom meeting), ZOOMGOV (a Zoom Gov meeting), WEBEX (a Webex meeting), SKYPE_FOR_BUSINESS (a Skype for Business meeting), and DIAL_STRING (a raw dial string). If meetingId is null, this defaults to MEETME. If an external meeting has this manually set to null or missing, an effort will be made to determine the type based on the meetingId.

meetingVisibility

Indicates the visibility of this meeting. Possible values are VISIBLE (meeting is assumed to be visible since it was not explicitly marked Private) and PRIVATE (meeting is known to be private; details may be omitted). If the Endpoint's Meeting Privacy Mode is PRIVATE, then all meetings will appear as PRIVATE, not just the ones that were scheduled as private on the calendar server.

organizer

The name or email address of the person who created the event in the calendar server, or null if either the event doesn't have an organizer or the Endpoint's Meeting Privacy Mode is PRIVATE.

passcode

The user-facing Blue Jeans meeting passcode that was parsed out of a URL in the description/location, or null if the description/location either contained a Blue Jeans meeting URL with no passcode, did not contain any Blue Jeans meeting URLs, or the Endpoint's Meeting Privacy Mode is PRIVATE. Passcodes are four or more digits. No distinction is made between moderator, participant, and invalid passcodes in this property.

primetimeEventId

The user-facing Blue Jeans Primetime Event ID.

startTime

The event start time from the calendar server, in milliseconds since the Unix epoch.

title

The event title, subject, or summary from the calendar server. If the Endpoint's Meeting Privacy Mode is REDACTED, then this is the organizer instead, or if it is PRIVATE, then this is null.

webMeetingUrl

A web meeting url for supported meetings.
